Terms of Service

Last updated: 4 June 2026 · Effective date: 4 June 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of horara.live (the "Site") and any purchase of goods from Horara Ltd ("Horara", "we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About us

Horara Ltd is a company registered in England & Wales, trading at horara.live. You can contact us at hello@horara.live.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order with us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, and are purchasing for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Products

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes; due to the handmade nature of our jewellery, slight variations between pieces are expected and form part of the character of each item.

4. Pricing

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP, £) and are inclusive of UK Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate, where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, though changes will not affect orders already accepted.

5. Orders and contract formation

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We will send you an order confirmation by email; however, a binding contract is only formed when we send you a separate dispatch confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailability.

6. Payment

Payment is taken in full at the point of order. We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers; we do not store full card details.

7. Delivery

We offer complimentary UK delivery on all orders via Royal Mail Special Delivery or equivalent insured carrier. Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days from dispatch. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or events beyond our reasonable control.

8. Right to cancel (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

Bespoke, engraved, or personalised items are exempt from the right to cancel, except where the goods are faulty.

9. Faulty or damaged goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods we supply must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If your item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days for a full refund, repair, or replacement.

10. Lifetime repair guarantee

Every Horara piece comes with a lifetime repair guarantee. This covers craftsmanship-related defects under normal wear; it does not cover accidental damage, loss, theft, or wear and tear consistent with the age of the piece. Repairs may be chargeable at cost in such cases — we will always provide a quote before any work is carried out.

11. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, designs, and trademarks — is owned by or licensed to Horara Ltd and is protected by UK and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

12. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful, or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems.

13. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under UK law. Subject to this, our total liability to you in respect of any order shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that order.

14. Privacy

Our processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page. Changes take effect from the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless you are a consumer resident in another part of the UK, in which case the courts of your home jurisdiction will have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
